I have over ten years of experience including: government public affairs, non-profit public relations, healthcare communications, writing for a press service, media relations and social media.

I also have freelanced as a writer for several online publications and plan small events and retreats for businesses and non-profits.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Pace University, my Master of Science degree in Public Relations from Syracuse University and a graduate certificate from Ithaca College in Strategic Communications Management.
